My wife and I went in to look at purchasing a new or used Subaru. We were helped by a young gentleman, Whitacker Ponti. We did not end up buying a vehicle that day, so Whitacker kept tabs on a few other vehicles online and would call/message me whenever there were updates. It was very refreshing experience given what car shopping often feels like, and I would summarize it as ALL AROUND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. My wife and I ended up finding a vehicle (different make) at another dealership, so we did not purchase through Michael's Subaru unfortunately. But I would absolutely go back, and would highly recommend this place, and Whitacker specifically, to anyone shopping for a vehicle in the Seattle/Bellevue area. More

Michael's Subaru was one of the easiest buying experiences I've had. I've owned seven vehicles and two motorcycles, and this was the second best buying experience, only behind Tesla where I did ev experiences I've had. I've owned seven vehicles and two motorcycles, and this was the second best buying experience, only behind Tesla where I did everything online and didn't deal with anyone. It was an excellent process from start to finish. I stopped in on a Saturday morning and wasn't bombarded with sharks. I browsed the lot, and went into the office where I met Tim. I test drove an Outback as they appraised my trade. Their trade offer was fair but just under what I wanted so we met in the middle and made a good deal for both parties. I put a deposit on the car and came back two days later with my wife. We submitted our financial information online before picking up the vehicle, so all the paperwork was ready before our pickup appointment. It took 25 minutes from the time we entered the dealership to the time we drove off in the vehicle. The salesmen and finance manager weren't pushy at all and made the process enjoyable instead of miserable like so many other dealers. They didn't ask me to write any review but this was a rare enough car buying experience that it's easy for me to highly recommend Tim & this Subaru dealer to anyone. More

I first took a test drive of the car and took several weeks to shop different dealerships and test drive models at Subaru dealerships in the area. None of my experiences matched my experience at Michael's Subaru of Bellevue. I returned, took the car out once more and returned ready to make a deal with Yeng. Yeng was straightforward and true to his word. The deal was transparent and no hassle. The bargaining process concerning price was the best part. It was an easy process of negotiation. Yeng's primary concern was customer satisfaction, even with price. Yeng and the team ensured everyone won, and this is a difference worth choosing Michael's of Bellevue as your dealership. The process was just as smooth when it came time to discuss additional options and protections for my new purchase. Yeng handed us off to Jake for completing this part of the process.
