Even when I'm clearly trying to bargain with him, he did not act like he was dealing with someone who was bargaining, but someone he is trying hard to satisfy, eagerly rather than out of necessity. I don't meet sales reps like that often, and I wish that more are like him. He gets my A++. Connie was also quick, through, and precise. She give me all I needed to know, and made through the final signing process so cleanly. I'd been waiting awhile for my turn but when it was my time, time did fly by. More

My service included an oil and filter change. Everyone was personable and my appointment was on time! They gave me an estimate for how long it would take and they were finished earlier than expected. Too was personable and my appointment was on time! They gave me an estimate for how long it would take and they were finished earlier than expected. Too, I was not ambushed with extra service needs. Instead, when she reviewed what the technician had noted, it came across as being proactive and sincere and not as aggressive sale pitch. Much appreciated and a very nice change of pace. More

Purchased a Subaru Forester 2013. Came in fir 13 month service following the service guidelines instructed in. Took 2 months to get written assessment of engine damages and recommended repair; I wanted a service following the service guidelines instructed in. Took 2 months to get written assessment of engine damages and recommended repair; I wanted a written document outlining their assessment for 2nd opinion. Their recommendation was $8k initial cost to assess engine damages. In addition, an oil change. After 2 months, With their written report, I did get a 2nd opinion; I drove my car over to this 2nd mechanic. No pings, drove well. He explained to me that my 2013 Subaru Forster is high oil consumer, needs 3,000 mile oil change rather than 5-7.5k mile interval. He suggested a plan that hopefully will keep my car in optimal performance for many miles and years to come. Since that initial assessment, my car continues to drive well. I am very grateful to my 2nd opinion mechanic fir his time and thoughtfulness in taking the time to educate me as to the proper care of my vehicle. Thumbs down to Michael Subaru for the anguish, worry and poor customer service I experienced in these last two months. What a change from Michaels Toyota, such a stark contrast of my last 10 years of best service with my toyota. Hope Michaels Subaru gets their act together. Subaru has such a good reputation. More
