When I went to change my oil myself, the bolt was torqued on there so tight that it was impossible to get off. The bolt was stripped because it was on there so tight. I had to tow my vehicle to another dealership to have them get the bolt off and change my oil. Michael's Subaru refused to take any responsibility and had the audacity to use the excuse "that they do not know if they were the last one's to change the oil" in spite of us having a receipt pf their work and the fact that is was just a few months ago. This is not the 1st time they have damaged our vehicle when we brought it in for work. They refused to take responsibility then as well. This place has absolutely no consideration for their customers. I would highly recommend that you avoid this places at all cost! More

Instead, we were given a chance to look around a little bit and then ask for our sales rep Maddy. She was great to work with. She listened to our needs, took her time with us and helped us into the correct vehicle. At no time was there any pressure to buy a vehicle or make a decision. She wanted us to be happy and satisfied with our decision. The entire staff was very professional and comfortable to work with, and again, no pressure. I will be going with Michael's Subaru again, and especially with Maddy. More

Great shuttle driver, poorly informed used car manager. Made repeated calls to this dealership and was informed the vehicle I had been searching for was for sale. After verifying with the sales manager of u Made repeated calls to this dealership and was informed the vehicle I had been searching for was for sale. After verifying with the sales manager of used cars that the vehicle I was looking for was there with the options I seeked I made the Trek after putting the deposit on the phone down on the vehicle to Bellevue. Imagine my surprise when the vehicle was not as described it was in great condition but didn't have any of the features I asked for particularly cruise control a must for me then the sales manager pretended to look for it like you didn't know where to find cruise control on a Ford Ranger pickup them make it for 20 years. Was very very disappointed for their sales tactics the only good thing about it I met a great guy driving the courtesy car to get me to the store his name is Don he's great! sales manager not so good. Fortunately Chaplin's is located to the best Toyota dealership in the entire Northwest Michael Toyota so I left Bellevue and a brand new Toyota Tacoma from Michael's Toyota and had the best experience of my life purchasing a vehicle. over looked a simple washer. it is convenient to have an 'express' service. although, mistakes can happen more frequently. an oil change from chaplin's left me with an oil leak a it is convenient to have an 'express' service. although, mistakes can happen more frequently. an oil change from chaplin's left me with an oil leak a few days later. not a huge puddle, but maybe a 4in square of some orangey-clearish liquid. unsure of why, i took my car to the nearest subaru dealership, at the time, where they were able to let me cut ahead of a few others who were waiting, to have my car looked at. what i had found out was that there were two washers around my car's oil drain plug and that was the cause of the leak. luckily not too much oil leaked out to cause abnormal engine wear. take the time to schedule an appt for your car and not take it to chaplin's.
