I have taken my car to you guys 4 times now for the same issue not being resolved. Drove my car off the lot and found that it is still not working properly. This dealership was no help at all. First off, it was almost impossible to get ahold of somebody in the service dept to even get an appt. A couple days before my service appt I wanted t First off, it was almost impossible to get ahold of somebody in the service dept to even get an appt. A couple days before my service appt I wanted to try and add on an oil change and was never able to get ahold of somebody to do that. The day of my appointment I showed up already disturbed because nobody answers the phone or returns phone calls. I brought my jeep in because it was making a noise in the front tires. After a service tech looked at my vehicle (which is a lease) they called and told me they didn't find anything wrong with it and the tires are cupping and thats causing the noise. Their solution was for me to put $900 worth of brand new tires on it. I questioned what caused the cupping because my vehicle only has 20,000 miles on it and their answer was that it could be caused from waiting too long to get the tires rotated. I have had the oil changed and tires rotated on time by michiana Chrysler dodge jeep ram everytime. It doesn't make sense to spend $900 on new tires if the issue that's causing the cupping isn't resolved. I shouldn't have to pay $900 for new tires with 20,000 miles on them. They were very rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The time before this when I was having my oil changed and waiting in the waiting area, the manager of the service department was having a meeting with the other employees right in front of the customers. He was arguing with them and it was very unprofessional to do. I will not be returning to this business and would not recommend it to anyone. More

Terrible customer service called multiple times left messages without a return phone call. Service took many extra days, there was not a dealer loaner even though service was warranted recalls which end messages without a return phone call.
