The service department lacks communication skills altogether. Amy was very condescending when I spoke with her and explained every concern I raised with excuses. My truck was down for 7 weeks and cos altogether. Amy was very condescending when I spoke with her and explained every concern I raised with excuses. My truck was down for 7 weeks and cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue. I won't use this dealership again nor will I buy trucks from them again. I won't recommend them and tell those that ask to stay as far away from Michiana Chrysler as they can. As of to date I have received no feedback from the dealership. Again...lack of communication skills even to resolve a negative review. More
