Worst service I have had. Took the jeep in due to the ABS and traction lights still being on after repairs by another dealership. Was called next day and informed that I needed a new battery and connector, and if I did not allow them to perform the service, I would be charged diagnostics and they would have to reschedule me out even further. Ended up paying 653.00 for a 258.00 battery and 19.00 connector, only to drive off the lot with the lights coming back on. Was told to bring the jeep back. Jeff apologized and let me and my husband know we would not have to pay the deductible again. Looked at it again and informed that the rear sensor was bad........really.... they didn't even look at it or check the sensor prior to replacing the battery? Then told me that they had contacted my insurance whom I had already spoken with and said the insurance refused to waive the deductible. I replied, but you said you could waive it, and Jeff replied, "I never said that I said I would waive running diagnostics, don't put words in my mouth". Why would you waive a service covered by the insurance?? Called my insurance and that had not received any calls regarding my vehicle. Asked to speak with the Service Manager every time I was there, and was always told he was not in. When speaking with Jeff today, he informed I could wait until Monday to speak with him, or pick up my vehicle. More

Still having shifting issues. Don't know why. Even my husband when we drove to Tennessee recently, asked about it. I told him I waited 6 weeks to get it in, and you all couldn't Don't know why. Service was great, my only complaint would be the guy that gave me a quote on tires, when I asked the difference in mileage for each tire he said they were not given that info, I asked then what makes t that gave me a quote on tires, when I asked the difference in mileage for each tire he said they were not given that info, I asked then what makes them different in price his response was you get what you pay for. Now I know from working at an independent Goodyear dealer tires have mileage ratings. Sorry but I won’t be buying tires from you. More
