They were quite nice and diagnosed my problem quickly. I was told parts were hard to get because of the supply chain problem but they would call me when it arrived. Then 6 weeks went by without a peep fro I was told parts were hard to get because of the supply chain problem but they would call me when it arrived. I went in and was told the parts had been sitting on the shelf there so long my warranty claim had expired. Since they never called me to say my parts were in they had to start a new claim and I would have to come back again in a few days. Just leased a new truck, the front plastic baffle was damaged during shipping. Service ordered new baffle and had it installed in less then 24 hrs.
