Website has been inaccurate for many months. Service coupons online for service they no longer provide- “Synthetic blend oil change”. Also, I scheduled an appointment online and when I arrive a few da coupons online for service they no longer provide- “Synthetic blend oil change”. Also, I scheduled an appointment online and when I arrive a few days later I was told I didn’t have an appointment because the online scheduler doesn’t work. I was told the next available appointment was 6 weeks out!! I was barely given an apology. They said they are working on the website. I just went on the website 2 weeks later and I can schedule an appointment for 4 days from now which I know is not accurate. Coupon also still remains on the website also. Fix it now!!!! More
