Got in for an oil change right away for my 2029 Ram 3500 dually but waited for ever to get the oil change done. Didn't notice it until the next day when I walked out to my truck that they stopped oil all ov dually but waited for ever to get the oil change done. Didn't notice it until the next day when I walked out to my truck that they stopped oil all over the passenger side polished aluminum front wheel and chrome center cap and also all over the front suspension. Luckily it was just that and not a loose oil filter. Jim,??, The service writer was more than apologetic when I called and promised to make it right but haven't had to chance to get back in there. I'll definitely give them another chance just because of my experience with him. More
