Absolutely, comically terrible. They told me my car would be safe to drive and then my tire fell off the car while driving, literally that afternoon. Free advice: if your inspection process is really as bad as you say it is, be honest when people ask is it's safe to drive and say, "we have no idea, and frankly we don't care at all as long as we don't think you can sue us."
