Quote for service, but little to no Covid safety measurements in place. No masks were worn by any of the five representatives in the service building or the shuttle driver who drove me home. well s measurements in place. I was wearing a mask the entire time, as were all other customers who were in the building at the same time as I was. I was particularly surprised when my shuttle driver did not wear a mask or even offered to put one on, when I was very obviously wearing one. disappointing, but not surprising that this dealership doesn’t care about their customers. No service was done to my vehicle, as I only left it for a quote which ended up not being covered under my warranty. Regardless, after this experience, I would not have let them service my vehicle. They didn’t tighten my drain plug for my oil so it leaked on my $12K driveway.
