Michiana Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat - Service Center

I told the guy when I checked in there that my Jeep slams into gear sometimes when it shifts from one gear to the next. He said that it is normal on the new cars. I told him that I have never heard of that b into gear sometimes when it shifts from one gear to the next. He said that it is normal on the new cars. I told him that I have never heard of that before in my life. I told him that I have gone to school for mechanics and I am a SAE certified and was never told that in school. Also told him that I have to go get my recertifications every 2 years and just got my done and have still not heard that. He refused to listen to me after that. So when my car was done with the oil change I left. I’ll never return there as long as I live and i am telling everyone about what happened. More
