I came back to this place hoping to have a better service than a couple times before. Just to find out the the service was about the same if not worst, I git my car diagnosed high $$ one happened not to hav than a couple times before. It’s unfortunate that the customer service is bad so I need to find another place. More

Bill $3,200 problem never fixed. Had popping noise. Diagnoses - 2 days. Replaced front differential, tie rods and ball joints did alignment (steering wheel now cocked). Week in shop.. We have always been pleased with our salesmen and manager with our vehicle purchases. However, we were told we get 4 free oil changes, which I did with my 2017 Jeep Cherokee, which has approximately 30,000 m with our vehicle purchases. However, we were told we get 4 free oil changes, which I did with my 2017 Jeep Cherokee, which has approximately 30,000 mi now. However, with our 2018 Jeep Wrangler, we were in for the 3rd oil change with 15,000 miles, and was told it was past 2 years and no longer covered. This was about 2 weeks past the 2 year date. We were never told that there was a time limit, since our other one went past that time too. We were told that it was part of the deal in buying from Michiana to get 4 oil changes. I am NOT pleased with the back pedaling!!!!!!!! And to me, outright deception! Kathy Van Lue More
