🚫Buyer Beware – Dishonest Dealership Practices 🚫 We purchased a 2022 Kia Sorento X-Line SX Prestige AWD, the top-of-the-line trim, specifically because it was supposed to include the safety feature of purchased a 2022 Kia Sorento X-Line SX Prestige AWD, the top-of-the-line trim, specifically because it was supposed to include the safety feature of adaptive cruise control. This was one of our highest priority safety features, and our salesperson knew it. In fact, they even tried to push us toward another Sorento of the same year and price but with a lower trim level. We declined because we wanted the safety of the adaptive cruise control. What they failed to disclose was that the adaptive cruise control on the vehicle they sold us does not work due to undisclosed damage to the vehicle. We signed the contract “As Is,” but that does not excuse the fact that we were misled and lied to. We made our decision based on false information, and the dealership has refused to make it right. Now we are stuck with a vehicle missing a critical feature we were promised, and the repair will cost over $2,000 out of pocket. The dealership’s refusal to take responsibility shows a complete lack of integrity and customer care. ⚠️ Our warning to other buyers: • Do not trust what this dealership tells you. • Get every feature verified before signing. • Be prepared for them to hide behind “As Is” language instead of standing behind their product. We feel deceived, disappointed, and taken advantage of. This experience has destroyed our trust in this dealership, and we will never purchase from them again. You shouldn't either! More
