How do I begin to put Excellence Extrodinare into words! ?! I guess I'll start by saying for EVERY woman (or maybe even some men) who know very little about cars & who know or may be afraid of being taken ad ?! I guess I'll start by saying for EVERY woman (or maybe even some men) who know very little about cars & who know or may be afraid of being taken advantage of by mechanics or dealerships in the past, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Tired of spending excessive money for rentals every weekend, I decided it was time to invest in something new. I went in on a Monday & was in my new vehicle on Thurs!!! I told them exactly what I wanted, (& didn't want) safe & reliable was a top priority, but within my budget. Well between Louis "Lou" Criscione (sakes) & Erik (yes with a "k") Slotnick (financing) these guys did NOT disappoint!!! Not only did they listen to my needs & concerns, they went below my budget, giving me options & spelling out the pros, cons & alternatives, including the fine print. I mean they went Above & Beyond the call of duty to make sure I knew what I was getting & insure that I would be happy with my choice. TRUE assets to Mid-Hudson Subaru! It brings tears to my eyes as I reflect back on what these two young men did for me. But don't take my word for it.. PLEASE, go in for yourself & see what they can do for you. It's my prayer that Mid-Hudson takes good care of them, treating them like the gems they are! I look forward to adding a "Subaru" SUV in the near future 😉!
