I inquired on a Sunday night online and was contacted the next day by Kyle. He went above and beyond with everything. From coming to my job to pick up my trade in vehicle to making sure my financial wants/needs were satisfied, to making arrangements to have my new SUV detailed two days after I bought it. I would recommend everyone to stop by and consider Mid Mo Motors when looking for more than just a new car. A satisfied customer is a returning customer! I was assisted by Mr. Sisco in the finance department who was very personable and honest! Two qualities you don't always find in one person when car shopping! Amazing and Family Friendly We just purchased a new truck yesterday. I.am currently 33 weeks pregnant and have a very active 3 year old. They were amazing. Kenny and Rick worked with my husband and myself via phone prior to arrival as well as myself to cut back on the length of how long the process could take. Which is amazing cause it's very time consuming and 3 yr Olds are not patient. When we arrived it was at the very end of the day. They were ready for us and our son. We did are test drive with phillip and my husband loved the truck so of course we bought it. We walked into the office and they had a table and toys set up for my son to play with. They didnt even flinch when he would run into the offices talking to everyone and even climbed into a display Cadillac. I was having a heart attack and they told me not to stress and just sit and relax. They helped to watch our son while we did paper work and they were so accommodating with whatever we needed so I wasn't uncomfortable and my son was entertained. When paperwork was over, they helped my husband until almost 45 min after hours switching carseats and tonnel and all his stuff from his old to new vehicle which was awesome cause it was over 100 degrees out and that I could see was a miserable time but they did it with a smile and never once showed any sign of us being an inconvenience. Everyone there was amazing, they were fast and so helpful. If I pay off my terrain before we have to move again they are my first stop. They are great, competitive prices, amazing trade in value, family friendly and the best dealership we've ever worked with. More
