Lack of knowledge They told me the roof rack rails on my 2017 Escape could only be removed from the headliner out but I brought the vehicle to another dealership who re They told me the roof rack rails on my 2017 Escape could only be removed from the headliner out but I brought the vehicle to another dealership who removed the rails without even touching the interior and fixed the problem. They also stained my headliner and passenger seat with dirty hands after trying to fix the problem that still went unfixed after leaving their dealership not once, but twice!!! although they did take the time to try cleaning my interior, it should have never happened in the first place. More

Oil change I like using the Middleton Ford quicklane oil change. They do a nice job and don't push other repairs hard on me.
