GREAT Customer Service Experiences I have purchased three brand new cars at Middleton Ford. All were great experiences, but what happens after that is more important. The Service department/Quick Lane really cares about my safety and my car. I take excellent care of my vehicles as I drive a lot for work and personal fun. When I come in to get oil changes and tire rotations, they do a GREAT job of checking everything over and pointing out anything that needs attention. Because my job is 45 miles away from Middleton, Ty and Scott get my car in right away, and have helped me out when I needed something fixed right away, which is very important to me due to my travels. I trust their judgment and knowledge 100%, and they really do seem to care and that is very important to me. They also know me by name and take care of the little things, like lubing the brake cable during the winter that squeaks. I highly recommend the Service Dept/Quick Lane at Middleton Ford. More

I bought a new truck and he had everything ready to go and made sure the truck was perfect when it arrived. I highly recommend Middleton Ford and if you go ask for Steve. I'll also put a plug in for the new 2015 Ford F-150. What a great truck. It has all the truck stuff you could want but drives like a car. Super comfortable inside, great gas mileage even on the first tank before the engine has broken in, looks great, the aluminum body won't rust, and the 3.5L ecoboost is amazingly powerful and fast! Horrible service again and again I've had repeat bad experiences with these guys. I found a car i wanted and they were willing to work on the price. I told them to hold the car and i would be in the next day to have someone check it out to make sure i was getting a quality car. The next day i came in only to find out that after being on the lot for many months there was now someone else that wanted it. At this point i had already had my companion look at the car and was going to get it so while we sat down to work on the price they made us wait while the other interested party test drove the vehicle. Now she was also interested so they wouldn't work on the price. i should've walked out, but had my heart set on this car. I ended up getting it despite sitting for over hour waiting on them. My poor companion was literally losing sleep as he works third shift. That didn't concern them though. Now two years later i try over and over to get an oil change. I live 45 minutes away, so i try to time my visits. Every time i try they tell me the wait is about an hour and a half to two hours and to come back. I have told them that's not an option because i don't live close. They won't schedule an appointment with me either. So this time i thought i would be smart and call ahead. But no one would answer the phone. I tried over and over. Still no answer. I left a message to have someone call me back. No one has returned my call. AWFUL service! Don't go here! More

I understand that some promotion are carried by the brand not so much the dealer, so timing can make a difference in the offer. But that is it, when the salesman found out we moved to another brand suddenly, other opportunity and promo were available to us, well that is too late, tone was at best cold! Today I found out that we are still debited from Ford, so I call the dealer and the sales man and basically the sales man told me to get lost. No a customer anymore, so not his problem...Really? Really!!! So as long as all is perfect and cash flows in, we are in love, then you move on and your are the enemy, wow! There are so many nice cars out there, it will take a real deal or great innovation for us to consider even ford again!, but that dealership, NEVER! Note that when I contacted Ford Finance they were helpful, and apologize about the salesman behavior. More
