THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TRUST! We bought our 2007 Ford Escape from Middleton in 2008. The car had been a lease and was in superb shape. Our sales rep (name unfortunately forgotten) was wonderful 2007 Ford Escape from Middleton in 2008. The car had been a lease and was in superb shape. Our sales rep (name unfortunately forgotten) was wonderful, listening to our needs and wants and steering us to the perfect 1-year-old car. We love the car. As of 2013 the car has over 100,000 miles on it. We tow a 1,000 pound tent trailer which has no brakes of its own. We have, for the most part, had the car serviced only at Middleton. We love the free-for-life oil changes, since regular oil changes are critical for the life of an engine. We have the car carefully checked at each oil change. The service department has NEVER, to my knowledge, recommended anything that the car did not actually need. Service costs have been impressively low. Service has been outstanding. We NEVER feel ripped off at Middleton. We were referred to Middleton in the first place by two other friends who both bought their cars here and have them regularly serviced here. TRUST is crucial to a dealer/owner relationship. We feel strongly that Middleton can be TRUSTED, and that is where it's at for us. More
My fiance and I were recently in the market for a new vehicle. We were currently leasing a 2011 Ford F-150 Eco-Boost however my fiance did not feel comfortable driving it due to the vehicle's size. We took our concerns to Steve Statz at Middleton Ford. Steve inquired on the xxxxxxand con's of our current vehicle. The pro's; Eco-boost motor, size, four wheel drive, towing capacity, fuel mileage. The con's; my fiance's comfort level in driving it. Steve informed us that Ford recently came out with an Explorer that had an upgraded Eco-boost motor, all-wheel drive, and a towing capacity capable of pulling our boat. We were sold! With that being said, Steve informed us of the limited availability of the Explorer Sport. After an in depth search of dealer inventory, Steve determined the best course of action for us was to order in our new vehicle which allowed us to customize options to our liking. The best part, the vehicle arrived almost two weeks prior to the expected date. Steve's professionalism and persistence is right in line with the quality you should expect to receive from Middleton Ford. From Sales to Service, you know you are going to be treated right. More

Steve Statz is the BEST! I have leased 5 or is it 6? vehicles from Steve and I drive from the Chicagoland area just to lease from Steve. This year is a new lease year so I'm about to start the process again and of course, I'm in contact with Steve already and he is working the case for me in advance of my July lease end date. I bought a new F-150 pickup. I had a specfic color and option package in mind that the dealer did not have in stock. In 2 instances he found the truck but the other dealers would not come to terms to negotiate the price and deadline for purchase that I had imposed. Finally he found one that would work and actually had had his "parents" Mom and Dad pick it up. That is going way above and beyond what should be expected, but Steve acted like if thats what it takes, thats what we do! I lease a Ford every 3 years or so. Although my lease wasn't quite up Mike Bihun At Middleton Ford pointed out he could get me in a new Explorer and I'd pay less than my current monthly payment. I really wanted a 2011 Explorer so this news was very welcome. He turned me over to Steve Statz and Steve was wonderful to work with. He took me out on a test drive and showed me all the bells and whistles. He is extremely helpful and patient; no high pressure tactics whatsoever. In a matter of two days I was in my new Explorer and I love it. A fews days later my wife did the same thing with a Ford Edge. We both saved. You can't go wrong at Middleton Ford. More
