Problems not addressed, door seals damaged I brought in my truck for a recall on the door and a service request on window issues in the cold (drivers window is slow, does not open at times in c I brought in my truck for a recall on the door and a service request on window issues in the cold (drivers window is slow, does not open at times in cold while all others did). They let the truck warm up in the shop and noted there was no issue, not really checking on the problem! After the service I can hear more air noise from that door (where most work was done) and found the door lock to not work at times when all others did (new problem). This has only happened twice since my service, but it is frustrating. The staff was very friendly, but sadly I have spoken to others who have had the same issue. I do not know the name of the service people I worked with so I just put down the salesman I worked with (he was great, really saved the day after the overly intense first guy I worked with) More
