poor set ip My daughter was told she could not make an appointment for oil changes but each time she comes in it is a 1-2 hour plus wait for her car to be complet My daughter was told she could not make an appointment for oil changes but each time she comes in it is a 1-2 hour plus wait for her car to be completed The car was left in the lot unlocked with the Keyes in it and she was not told where it was. She has be charged for the oil changes even though we bought the protection program for free oil changes as long as it as at a ford dealership. I am so disappointed with this dealership I would not ever buy another car from them I am disappointed that I feel she is take. Advantage of by Middleton Ford. More

Fast forward 4.5 years later, I can say this dealership is hands down the best I have ever encountered (all my previous cars were Toyota and Lexus).
