Poor communication They have a great shuttle service but when you schedule an appointment for your car to be fixed and you let them know that you will be waiting they ac They have a great shuttle service but when you schedule an appointment for your car to be fixed and you let them know that you will be waiting they act like they can keep your car all day and do not understand that their clients schedule is important as well and disregard that on several occasions for their own timelines. Some serious honesty issues! With out even being able to start my car they wanted 1200.00. 1 a battery, 2 new water pump and 3 new starter. I asked how do u know i have a bad wat With out even being able to start my car they wanted 1200.00. 1 a battery, 2 new water pump and 3 new starter. I asked how do u know i have a bad water pump if you cant start ut? He (Jake) saud when we pushed it into the shop we saw there was no water in the reservoir. I suggested i purchase a battery and starter as i did not believe i needed a water pump. I installed the battery and the water pump did not leak a drop in almost 2 hours of running. I told Jake in service that the pump was fine. He responded with thats ur opinion. They again brought it into garage hooked to diagnostics. Nothing but then he said i had a terrible knock in my engine and a bad rod. I would need a new engine! I said that i disagreed and asked him to comeout side and listen to it with me and t err ll me what he heard. He said no i am to busy. When i asked again for him to come listen there was no knocking. He s as id thats your opinion. Then threw my keys at me!! Yes he raised his voice and threw keys at me! I respinded by getting louder as well telling another service customer that they eould not fo business here as the lie about needed repairs! At that point their Sales Manager grabbed another large salesman and confronted me in the parking lot as i was leaving! He got inches from my face and told me my behaviour was not acceptable. I told him to back off away from me i was leaving abd he was lucky i was. He then walked back into the building laughing and making a joke about me. NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN THAT BUSINESS AGAI. I will also discourage everyone i meet to not go there. More

Quick Lane is never quick If you have to use the quick lane after 4pm or on Saturday....better get there an hour early to start the line or you will have to wait 3 hours or you If you have to use the quick lane after 4pm or on Saturday....better get there an hour early to start the line or you will have to wait 3 hours or you may not even get in for service. It would be nice for them to be open longer during these peak times and to have more techs on during these times as well. Generally the staff is friendly. More

Sales service and title Jake went above and beyond customer service once again and made sure both my vehicles were serviced before the weekend. My fiancé resides in Rockford Jake went above and beyond customer service once again and made sure both my vehicles were serviced before the weekend. Poor service on Ford escape bad quality tow package wiring. Had trouble with trailer wiring on my Escape from day one. Middleton Ford took months before they would do anything to help me initially. Now it just Had trouble with trailer wiring on my Escape from day one. Middleton Ford took months before they would do anything to help me initially. Now it just cost me another 350 dollars to fix Ford motor company and Middleton Ford's lousy initial fix of their poor trailer lighting product. I ordered the vehicle with trailer towing package hoping to have something reliable. Asked to speak to manager after initial problem and was told he was to busy to speak to me. Can't remember who original service manager was I dealt with. More

Great service! Brought my son’s car in for an oil change and everybody was friendly and helpful. His salesperson recognized me and spent a few minutes catching up.
