Guy in quick lube who checked me out was neither friendly or unfriendly. Hardly seemed to know where my car could be found. I was sent to the other side of the building and just had to look thru several rows of cars till I found it. I feel like there must be a better way to “thank” a customer and get them into their vehicle, then saying “heres your keys, good luck!!!” Also....didnt dealerships use to run your car thru a wash before pick-up? Maybe thats just a courtesy extended back in my hometown, but certainly for a $500 bill would be nice! More

Multiple visits for one issue. I brought my vehicle in for service, but needed to return two more times in the following week to fix issues that were not corrected initially. Was frustrating to be told the issues are fixed, or the mechanics don’t hear the issue, but then they can find it and fix it the next time. Felt like after 2500$ worth of work I would’ve been treated a little better. I’ve spent over 5k at this location in 2 years and will move my business elsewhere. More

I appreciate the hard work. Tried hard to replace a driveshaft on my 10 year old Suzuki. Great people, bad hours The only reason I got this service appt is because a manager bent over backwards for me. I work out of town;therefore, am unable to make appointments between 7am and 4pm. I refuse to spend 3 hrs on a Saturday waiting for the 1st come, 1st serve appointments. Middleton Ford really needs to expand their service center hours or allow customers to make appointments after 5pm More

Ford Explorer I went in knowing what vehicle I wanted. Everyone was very friendly and nice. It took quite awhile to get a price and even longer to get the paperwork I went in knowing what vehicle I wanted. Everyone was very friendly and nice. It took quite awhile to get a price and even longer to get the paperwork done. It was the end of the month so I understand it can be a busy place. The part that upset me was mainly the price. I bought a dealer demo and the price was within $1000 of a brand new one exactly the same. They did extend the warranty but that doesn’t exactly save me anything unless something goes wrong with it. I won’t buy another vehicle because of the price. More
