Scared into buying parts I would not get your vehicle serviced at the quick lane! Apparently their new way of selling parts is to scare their customers. They told me they coul I would not get your vehicle serviced at the quick lane! Apparently their new way of selling parts is to scare their customers. They told me they could not lock my tires after doing a rotate, because my lug nuts are warped. They told me I needed to buy the ford lug nuts for $75 in order for them to lock my wheels otherwise my wheel can come off when I was driving. If I did not want to buy the parts I would have to sign a waiver and take liability. Not only did they scare me into buy lug nuts, they had the nerve to sell me on flushes for my vechicle. Telling me my vechicle can have troubles if I don’t flush my engine or gas! Complete B/S!! Very unethical way of selling products! The only reason I still get my oil change done at middleton ford is because I bought my car through them and get 1/2 the works. Also it is super slow! Expect to wait 1.5 hours to get your oil changed any time you go there! More
