Oil change Made an appointment online for an oil change only to find out when I got there that they don’t take oil change appointments. The service center knew that I needed an oil change but didn’t bother to let me know that those aren’t accepted. Apparently the service center doesn’t communicate with the quick lane. They did honor my appointment but it would be nice if the 2 departments communicate so it doesn’t happen to someone else. I had 2 little kids so waiting around for a long time was not an option.
