At Middleton Ford , I found Steve Statz and was very glad I did. He not only answered all my question and concerns, but answered the ones I did not know to ask. He went the distance and much more for me and I really appreciated it. He answered all my questions, calmed my concerns and made sure I had the right vehicle. When I had to get the additional equipment for my wheel chair lift and others, he stayed in contact with the company that made the mobility additions and made sure they were the right ones for me and my van. Deceitful Sales Practice Bought a used vehicle from them, however now I regret it. My experience was awful. I feel they are deceitful and devious in their practices. When working with Shannon we stated that we wanted our payments to be under $200 for no greater than 60 months. Of course they played the "let me check with my boss” and when Shannon came back she had had a piece of paper with $208 written on it plus other illegible scribble. We agreed on the $208, but when it came time to work with the finance manager the $208 was for 72 months of financing. I did question them on this and of course they claimed they could not do anything else at that point. Ultimately because I have a busy schedule and don't have time to play with dealers (We had already been there for nearly 3 hours) I carried on with the purchase. Hindsight I should have just walked away. Another thing that I ended up getting screwed over on was vehicle registration. Our vehicle registration on our trade in vehicle expired the following month. Middleton Ford transferred the plates from our trade in vehicle to the new vehicle which did not include our registration renewal fee. They did not present us with any other option. By the time we got our registration renewal card from the DMV it was after the date and our registration was overdue leading us to be subjected a late fee that the DMV refused to do anything about. If Middleton Ford cared about their customers they should have given us an option to get new plates with new registration vs just transferring the plates with the soon-expiring registration since we were charged their “processing fees” anyway. Thanks again Middleton Ford. Overall based on my experiences I would not recommend purchasing or shopping at Middleton Ford. Find someone with more integrity to purchase from. More

Love to Escape in our Ford Escape Steve made buying a new vehicle so easy. He was very professional and knowledgeable. This was our 3rd new Ford since 2007. Steve also had a tremendous amount of patience when teaching us how to use some of the gadgets that came with this vehicle.
