Love sales and finance! Top notch people! But every encounter with service has left me not happy. No communication and my Ford app tells me schedule service but really not supposed to. I was their to redo the recall that the wrong update was installed. The service was prompt and everyone was so friendly that I was annoyed to have to redo and left Middleton Ford thinking that wasn’t so bad installed. Bought used truck from here in 2013. Come in for oil change consistently with Works Package, great deal. However, feel as though transparency is an issue.
