On 12/16/2025, I went to this dealership to sell my car. I was left waiting for hours while the employee in charge left the store about three times to test drive other cars. This was completely disrespectfu I was left waiting for hours while the employee in charge left the store about three times to test drive other cars. This was completely disrespectful of my time and showed a lack of consideration for the customer, making the whole process very exhausting and disorganized. There was another employee who spoke Portuguese who was very attentive and tried to help me as much as he could. He even seemed uncomfortable with the situation I was in, seeing how long I was kept waiting and how everything was being handled. At the time of the sale, I was told that the check for the remaining balance would arrive at my home within 15 days. It has now been almost two months, and I still have not received the payment. I have sent several messages asking for updates and I always get only excuses. When I try to call the dealership, no one can assist me, they say they will call me back, but no one ever returns the call. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the lack of commitment and follow-up from this company. More
