Inquiry and request for quote were sent out through Nissan USA website. No response was received at all. And they received an excellence award from Nissan. What a joke! More

I am sorry to hear that you feel that way about our sales department. It is sometimes common that we do not get the information request from Nissan or our email may be down. We have a staff of 4 that answer and respond to all internet request as soon as the are received. I wish that you would have just contacted us and I am sure we would have made you very happy.
