Wouldn't work with me Purchased a 2018 Tundra with only 20k miles. One of the tires was about 75% worn and they would not work with me to replace the tire. Just a few words. I love my car... but I hate pouring money into it. My brakes were installed and vehicle recall was addressed in a timely fashion. The service department was great keeping me updated. The only I was disappointed in was my car didn’t get a car wash... something I’m accustomed to when having service appointments here. After spending hundreds of dollars... it’s the least that could have been done. More

They made it right I brought my car in for an oil change. The car didn’t seem right but I live close to the service center so I couldn’t be sure if there was really a pr I brought my car in for an oil change. The next morning I was surprised when I tried get on the highway and my car wouldn’t accelerate and there was smoke coming from my exhaust. I made it to work but called the service center as soon as they opened. They told me to bring my car back and after checking the car over found the problem and went above and beyond to make sure the car was running properly before calling me. I was very pleased they looked into the problem and resolved it promptly. More
