Worst Service Center Called Teresa to help our daughter who was stranded in Columbia and she assured us at 6 AM on Saturday morning that they would call a towing company a Called Teresa to help our daughter who was stranded in Columbia and she assured us at 6 AM on Saturday morning that they would call a towing company and pick up the car. At 7:30 she stated that they wound be there soon. After not hearing back from her and not getting a call from the towing company, called a local towing company and was told that they were originally contacted to get the car but Midland called it off. After wasting 5 hours and no explanation from Midland took it to another service center. Thanks to Midland, our daugther is now stuck in Columbia and we have to go pick her up. Worst service experience ever and a totally incompetent staff. More

At one point, I noticed that I was missing the pressure cap for one of my tires. The service rep pointed out that I had brought it in that way, but then without hesitation, she went and got me one from the garage and put it on for me. I was very impressed! More

Thank you Mr. Ardis for answering all of our questions honestly and making the process easy we are very happy with the car we purchased and the price is affordable I have friends looking to buy a car in the future I will be sending them to Midlands Honda on Killian road to see Mr. Jerry Ardis. Brand new 2015 Honda Fit AC issues My very first Honda purchased new and the AC has no freon. I'm told, they come from the factory like that all the time. So 2 weeks after purchased it had to have freon added. Fast forward 3 months during a heat wave and once again the new 2015 Honda Fit is almost out of Freon BUT THIS TIME THERE IS A LEAK. Yea, I'm sure the leak was there the first time but no one cared to checked. Now I get to drive this brand new car that is costing me a nice bit of change a few more days with no air until the part comes in. And oh goodie, I get to use some of my precious little vacation time to sit for hours in the dealership while it's being fixed because I do not have a spare vehicle and oh wonders, my friends and family also work and cannot cart me around! Not a way to win over a customer for life Honda. I should have stayed with Toyota....sucked in by the stats on the good looking Fit and paying dearly for it. I think this issue sets the tone for how this car will be for as long as I own it. Sad......so very sad that I stepped outside my previous car family into this one that I'm sure will not bode well for me! More

Friendly, but Questionable Service Dept This dealership had the vehicle I knew I wanted after much research, at a reasonable price, and was willing to give me what I wanted for my trade. It This dealership had the vehicle I knew I wanted after much research, at a reasonable price, and was willing to give me what I wanted for my trade. It had a clean Carfax, etc...but the check engine light came on promptly after leaving the dealership. First, Chris Alston tried to tell me the light was on because the detail guys had just hosed down everything to clean it. Ummm, No. I opted to take the vehicle to Auto Zone down the road for a quick diagnostic - which discovered a code for a fuel system sensor and something with a vacuum being idle. This isn't a "huge" deal that would leave you stranded on the side of the road, but who wants their check engine light constantly coming on and possibly masking a more serious issue in the future??? Not me. I took my vehicle to TWO real mechanics to be sure of the issue and the severity of it since we had travel plans coming up. TWICE I took the Mazda back to this dealership's service department to fix the problem, they even gave me a loaner vehicle for several days, but here I am 4 weeks later - CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STILL ON. This issue affects the gas mileage of the vehicle and the dealership had offered to reimbursement me with a check for fuel costs, but I just wanted my car fixed. Now I wish I would have taken the money to get a real mechanic to fix the problem! We will not be returning to this dealership and caution anyone from using their Service Department. The Sales Team was extremely kind and seemed to genuinely want to help, but obviously a mechanical issue is out of their hands. Maybe their Service Department is simply better qualified for routine maintenance and should not have been attempting to fix a real engine problem. I would have preferred honesty over wasting my time. More
