I was highly disappointed with the service I received today! I brought my car back for a service that was a fault on Dick Dyers part. I asked for a removal of the dashboard that had my radio cord stuck b today! I brought my car back for a service that was a fault on Dick Dyers part. I asked for a removal of the dashboard that had my radio cord stuck behind it. The dashboard was a result from a recall. The Advisor, Barry Davis kept reciting that the recall was six years ago. That was Not when I had the service done. It was only about 3 years ago. I initially asked to have my cord taken out, and it kept being put off. Today I was charged for a diagnostic that I did not ask for. Barry was very unprofessional as he yelled out " Then what did you come for?" When I was told that my car was ready no one came to tell me. I waited 35 minutes before I had to go and ask where my car was. Then that was when he told me that it was on the side. I asked how long had it been there ? He,(Barry) told me that it had been there about 3 minutes. When I got in my car , it was running with the radio on and my car key separated from the rest of the keys from my key ring. I didn't find that out until I got home. I have never been so disgusted with my services from Dick Dyer ever before! More
