I literally cannot say enough good things about my experience with the service department here. I was immediately greeted at the drive up by Victor and he was beyond helpful. Knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful, friendly and amazing. My technician was awesome and did a great job and Dom, my valet, was awesome! I decided to use Toyota valet service this time I was very pleased with Dave. He was pleasant and punctual. The reason I chose valet pickup was last time I brought my RAV 4 in, there was very minimal very pleased with Dave. He was pleasant and punctual. The reason I chose valet pickup was last time I brought my RAV 4 in, there was very minimal sanitizing in the waiting area. That no one was wiping off chairs or chair arms are the coffee tea area. People were charging their cell phones there was no sanitizing going on there. The only thing I noticed was employees are all wearing masks. But that is the bare minimum. I feel that Toyota needs to do a much better job of ensuring that their customers are safe from exposure to Covid! More

I just bought a car here, and the second key fob didn’t make it when it was delivered. On Monday I received a call that a new one arrived and I needed to schedule a service because it would take a couple h make it when it was delivered. On Monday I received a call that a new one arrived and I needed to schedule a service because it would take a couple hours to program it. I set the appointment for Tuesday. I brought the car in, get told that’s weird because the cheaper guy who handles the fobs isn’t here until Friday, because the service department charges too much, but not to worry they have it handled. I left with my ride to go back to work. 10 minutes later I get a phone call that I would need to come back and set the appointment for Friday with no concern that I took time off of work to bring this car in now and finding a ride. I said no, and knew that they were trying to go the cheap way out instead of helping out a loyal customer who has purchased 2 cars at this location. I told John, I’m not mad at you and unfortunately am taking my frustration out on you, if you could transfer me to a manager that would be appreciated. After being put on hold I was told that the person who sold me the car needs to deal with this. I said I’m not bringing it back in, this is Dick Dyers mistake in, A. Breakdown of communication and B. Wanting to be cheap. He basically said it’s not his fault and it’s not my sales persons fault, and I’m like well it’s not my fault either? Then he said I’ll call you back. After not hearing from him for an hour, I called Dick Dyer Toyota asking to speak with the sales manager, and ended up speaking with my sales rep. I told them I don’t understand why there is absolutely no manager for me to speak with and I keep getting bounced around and treated like garbage. He was so kind with me, and apologized, but there was nothing he could do because he’s being told it has to be done on Friday. I told him this isn’t his fault and that I didn’t want to hear it from him, I wanted to hear that from a manager. I explained he’s not the one that called me initially to tell me the fob was in and told me to make an appointment. While making that appointment I was never told it had to be Friday only. He asked if he could call me back. All of a sudden I get a call back and he said, it could be done and I could pick up my car in a couple hours. I get a phone call from John. Arrived back. He then proceeds to try to get 2 other people to help me out, never explained anything that i initialed that said he explained whatever to me, never acknowledged the situation, and then said “see you at 5000 miles.” I was taken out by someone else and basically felt like garbage. I was going to say no fault was on him until that happened. Not one person other than someone completely not involved in the situation apologized. Not one manager said a word to me. I will NEVER go back there. I will NEVER get serviced there again, because I don’t trust them and fear a bad job being done, and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone else. This all could have been completely avoided if accountability, responsibility was taken by those that spoke, “no because it’s cheaper if we do it Friday”, and not pushed onto those who aren’t making those decisions, and an apology given. What horrible customer service. More
