That isn't necessarily bad - but it could be off-putting to some people. The finance people were not my favorites - they guy who wrote up our financing was obviously tired (end of a long Saturday). He was humorous and bland, but he did his job well enough. Still, he could have at least tried to be as pleasant as my wife and I were. The biggest complaint we have it that they add a mystery $488 "dock fee" to every purchase. No idea how that is considered fair. They waived it when we asked, but my wife and I agreed that it was added just for that reason - so they could waive it and look like they were making a pricing concession. Not cool. Of course, some people probably pay the fee without question, so it's easy money. I don't know if this mystery fee is standard among car dealers these days, but it seemed disingenuous. More

Price and needs for the 35000 mile check up with my 2017 Camry was different than what was quoted via email when I set up the appointment. I’m not saying that the rep was wrong, I just feel like it’s needs Camry was different than what was quoted via email when I set up the appointment. Times are a little difficult at the moment, so you come prepared to pay in the neighborhood what was quoted. When The rep quoted me $159 for the top engine clean, that was truly unexpected. I had to decline. After my car was finished I had to wait about 15 minutes for the representative just to bring my invoice wherein I could pay and get my keys. If it’s going to be that long it seems as if we should be able to go to the cashier, but the cashier said I had to wait for the rep to prepare the invoice. Normally I have a pretty good experience with my service appointments. The customer rep was pleasant. More

Daniel (Sales Rep) provided excellent hands-on training in all of the Corolla's knowledgeable employees assistance in buying a 2021 Toyota Corolla.
