Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review regarding your recent experience, Jon. While we’re glad you enjoyed your time with our sales team, we regret hearing that you had some concerns with the financing side of things. We file that $489 documentation fee with the state and if we charge one customer, we have to charge every customer the same amount by law. All dealerships in South Carolina have them. The state of South Carolina allows this charge to cover all the expenses associated with the purchase of a car. If there was a price concession it came out of the price of the vehicle and the documentation fee was still on the paperwork. I apologize if it wasn't explained properly.
