I was told at first I could do the process online and have the truck delivered. Then the day before I was to have the truck I am contacted saying I have to come in person to finish the paper work. So I g have the truck delivered. Then the day before I was to have the truck I am contacted saying I have to come in person to finish the paper work. So I go with my wife and end up doing all the paper work again, plus the truck is not ready as it had not been cleaned out ( used truck). So we plan to get the truck delivered that Monday ( it was Saturday). I am contacted Sunday saying I can come Tuesday and no deliver was happening. So do to my schedule I went and paid $60.00 for a taxi ride to pick up the truck which was still not very clean ( just vaccumed ). No happy with the process, the truck is great. More
