"WE OWE" Made a purchase with a "WE OWE" for a headliner issue. I wrote headliner and the salesman wrote beside fix bubble. We made an appointment. The inte Made a purchase with a "WE OWE" for a headliner issue. I wrote headliner and the salesman wrote beside fix bubble. We made an appointment. The interior guy said he could not fix. Referred us to a third party in which we made another appointment with. After that appointment he said he couldn't fix. We then went back a third time to deal with this and was told a third party would have to correct the issue. This has now been put back on us to deal with. If the issue can not be corrected then the headliner should be replaced. It is not being handled in a professional manner. We bought the car from Dick Dyer not a "third party". Please contact me to resolve this issue. A new headliner was quoted at $179.00. We aren't asking for anything unreasonable. More

Service is always a plus. Tommy kept me informed, took notice and advised me of all that should be accomplished at 30000 miles in order to keep warrany from being voided. We were quoted a price when we had our oil change. We were told there would not be a service charge. We expressed our financial difficulty at the time and that we would like to reschedule within the next were told there would not be a service charge. When we arrived, the technician quoted twice as much and changed it after we brought it to his attention. Then we were told there would be a service charge. We spoke to several people including a manager that said they would not override this service charge even though we were told during our previous oil change and service that we would not be charged labor. This is our second vehicle from this dealership we have purchased. AC - service I called for price and it was different once they were finished. Once I arrived to pick up car and asked about the part- it was evident that no one listened to me - when I asked about it. In the end it costed more than I wanted to spend considering I was already paying more than quoted. More
Disappointed I didn’t get a 2nd free maintenance on my car!! due to the pandemic I didn’t get it there the beginning of March so they could get me a second one in and was told to bring it back in October car!! due to the pandemic I didn’t get it there the beginning of March so they could get me a second one in and was told to bring it back in October and pay $59; not very happy with that or the person that help me on the day I brought it in for the recall!!
