First time a tedious service experience Had to schedule a second service appointment to get a recall taken care of. The first time the recall service was to be done along with a regular oil Had to schedule a second service appointment to get a recall taken care of. The first time the recall service was to be done along with a regular oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to complete the recall work in addition to the approximately one hour for the other service. After I had been waiting 4 hours, I was told the recall software work could not be completed because of a technical failure in the download and that I would need to make another appointment and bring it back. I did that and when I brought my car in was told it would take between and hour and an hour and a half. Two hours and 45 minutes later I went to the service department to check on it and was told it still had between an hour and 20 minutes and three hours to complete. I was offered a ride home which I accepted. About three hours later I was called and told the job was complete. It was closing time and peak traffic time so I opted to pick it up today. My complaint is that both times I was given a very unreasonable time estimate for the work to be completed and not apprised of a change in that time until double the time had passed and I went and inquired. I don't mind waiting for service to be completed when it's a couple of hours, but beyond that I would prefer to leave my car and come back later. I live about 30 minutes from the dealership and it doesn't make sense for my husband to make two round-trips for a less than two hour wait, but three or four hours after being told an hour and a half isn't fair and a significant inconvenience. This is the first time I have had an experience like this. This is the second car I have bought and had exclusively serviced by Dick Dyer over a period of seven and a half years. My previous service experiences have been very pleasant. More
They were Awful!!!!!!!!😢. They gave me a false diagnosis on my car. Said that I needed a alternator when I clearly didn’t. It was a water pump. They were very Rude and Un professional!!!!! A Great First Visit I recently purchased a SUV from Dick Dyer and took it in for the first recommended service. My adviser greeted me immediately, and even though they were very busy, promised me that they could get it done in the 30 minute range. He delivered, and was also very helpful answering questions and providing assistance with questions I had about the navigation and Bluetooth system. Very impressed. More

I went in for my regular service. They took me right in and were very pleasant, as usual. They recognized me and treated me like a friend. That was nice. They performed my service and had me out of the and were very pleasant, as usual. They recognized me and treated me like a friend. That was nice. They performed my service and had me out of there in less than an hour. I received my truck free of debris, and all of my settings were just as I left them. I appreciate that so much.
