service has gone down Upon arrival, I was greeted, and said my need maintenance light is on. Oil change and tire rotation was discussed without the service advisor looking Upon arrival, I was greeted, and said my need maintenance light is on. Oil change and tire rotation was discussed without the service advisor looking up my records. I was sent to the waiting room. One and a half hours later I was told that I'm good to go and my Rav 4 was in the wash bay. It was brought to me with a thumbs up. I got in and the check engine. light was on as well as the flashing lsd. I immediately brought it around to the service bay and told them what was going on. It was disappointing that the service tech did not hook the air hose back up after inspecting the filter but whas more disturbing is the fact that he did not notice the check engine light and the flashing lsd light. Then the second failure was the gal that drove my car to me and did not notice the lights. But the good news is wiithin 5 minutes the issue was resolved and I was on my way. I have been taking my Rav 4 to you since 2012 about every 6 months and I have noticed some stark differences since then. l. I never seem to have the same service tech anymore. Every time I check in, it is new faces. 2. They used to look at my service record with me and discuss everything in detail. Not now. 3. They used to check my windshield wipers and tires for wear when I check in. Not now. So now I'm shopping for a Subaru. I hope this is helpful and that your quality control issues get resolved.
