I bought a 2021 Corolla on the 19th of July , was told the pay stubs I supplied were no approved. Brought the car back aug 6th. No only have I not been able to get a straight answer on when i’m being refu the pay stubs I supplied were no approved. Brought the car back aug 6th. No only have I not been able to get a straight answer on when i’m being refunded it has now been almost 2 weeks and i’m getting pushed in a circle. The check has been mailed. The check hasn’t been sent out yet. The refunded will be put back on my card. i have no idea what else I can do. It’s like nobody knows anything about my deal. Or when I’ll get my refund for the deposit I put down on the car. Really fed up. Every day being told someone’s out or busy and can’t talk. Very unprofessional. The sales women, not only said she has nothing to do with it anymore she blocked my number after she said that. I literally messaged her one time about the refund. Very very fed up. More
