My trust has decrease with this dealership. I was told I needed my wipers replaced though Bosch new wipers were put on by O'Reilly the very day before my scheduled service. My 100,000 miles ser I was told I needed my wipers replaced though Bosch new wipers were put on by O'Reilly the very day before my scheduled service. My 100,000 miles service charge without an oil change was $190.65. This was expensive. The shop fees and miscellaneous were $20.66 and labor $88.00. Meagan was nice and friendly; however I feel taken advantage of by full cost of service and dishonesty about my windshield wipers. Please treat customers as you would want to be treated (fairly). More

The whole service department did a great job. Not only did they do the service I needed but they also got rid of some foreign mark on my door that I couldn’t get off. I didn’t even ask them to. I like that I can make an appointment the same day that I need to come in. My crazy work schedule is unpredictable and since I live an hour away from the dealership I glad they are just a crazy flexible as a need to come in. Dennis was very helpful, patient and generous in my purchase. However, the front desk personnel that morning stated that she contacted Dennis at 9:55am. I didn’t see Dennis until 10:38am.
