Friendly Service I was greeted quickly by Lionel and my car was taken back right away for the service I had schedule. An issue was found with my brake pads, and my tir I was greeted quickly by Lionel and my car was taken back right away for the service I had schedule. An issue was found with my brake pads, and my tires were worn, so I took advantage of the three for one special and had everything taken care of. I really appreciated being taken back and speaking to the mechanic who was working on my car. Mike was courteous, friendly, and I felt like he was looking out for my best interest in safety. He truly went above and beyond. More

When I got my current vehicle a year and 1/2 ago I called and was told by management I could get what I wanted over the phone got their and it was a totally different story. For that I’m torn. I love Service department and I love Dennis Rischer, but the misleading by management is what has me considering if I would purchase again with Toyota. Thanks! More

Service Dept is rude they tell you that you didn’t schedule an appt while stand there and read the email confirmation most are rude in the service dept some are nice !! Saw the salesman that sold me my CHR he wouldn’t even acknowledge that I spoke to him !! So yeah my Dick Dyer experience sucked but never again More
