Best Part? My Service Advisor - Tommy Senn I bought my Scion at DD, and DD has been the only place I take her for service. I have had some really good associates work with my over the last 9 I bought my Scion at DD, and DD has been the only place I take her for service. I have had some really good associates work with my over the last 9 years . . . . but this event was hands down THE best. I had a list of needs and a list of wants . . . . . and unfortunately a budget that couldn't take care of it all. Tommy bent over backwards to make sure I got what all was needed to be safe and secure with my Scion. I love my little Scion xD . . . . . Bad experience this time as compared to past. Until my recent visit I had an excellent experience each time. My visit on 9/11 was very bad. It took over 2 hours for a standard 60,000 mile service Until my recent visit I had an excellent experience each time. My visit on 9/11 was very bad. It took over 2 hours for a standard 60,000 mile service visit. I requested that the windshield wipers not be replaced, however they were replaced. I believe I was overcharged based on the coupon I had, but maybe it was for the wipers I discovered later. Normally my car is washed, it was not this time. Please improve. More
