Schedule early. Scheduled at 7:30 a.m. arrived at 7:20 and there were 3 in front of me. Within 5 minutes I was inside and talking with Victor Torres. They performed m Scheduled at 7:30 a.m. arrived at 7:20 and there were 3 in front of me. Within 5 minutes I was inside and talking with Victor Torres. They performed my 20,000 mile service though, I only have 14K on it. I took my iPad along expecting to wait a couple hours. About 1 hour later, Victor came and got me. He explained what they had done. Oil change, tire rotation, checked brakes, & topped off all fluids. I was out of there by 8:30, to enjoy the rest of my day off! Great job guys! More

My Prius has always been serviced at Dick Dyer, and he examined its service history which is stored on their computer and made appropriate recommendations. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the selection of free coffees was very good. More

Honesty and respect My wife and I had dealings with other Toyota dealerships before finding Dick Dyer. We were told prices by other dealerships to get us to come in the door. Once we got there, the price magically became too cheap and the salesperson apparently forgot that confirming a price meant that it good to go. Dick Dyer's representatives treated us with respect, told us the price they could give us, and stuck to that price once we got there (beat all competitors prices for the exact same model by minimum $300). Other dealerships said that all the others would jack the price up once we walked in the door, but they were wrong. Dick Dyer kept their word and that means something to me. More

He keeps me informed on the needed maintenance for my RAV 4. Dale Willis, my mechanic, is very thorough with inspecting my vehicle and keeps it running smoothly. The schedulers/service receptionists Angela, Jasmine, and Sidney are the best. Last weekend I rented a 2019 RAV 4 for a long distance trip. They scheduled me for the rental, got all paperwork completed quickly, and had the vehicle ready to go when I arrived. I must say that the 2019 RAV 4 is amazing. I will definitely purchasing one in the future. Overall, the entire service team works together to provide top notch service!!!! More
