service department not happy at all If you pay for your maintenance program up front even if you make a appointment you are placed on the back of the list as if we have your money we nee If you pay for your maintenance program up front even if you make a appointment you are placed on the back of the list as if we have your money we need to get the customers that are paying for the day my last visit 3and half hours for a oil change I was the third person there and five people left before me I was only there because on my last visit they did not do what they were suppose to do I busted them twice for not rotating my tires when you get there its all smiles great customer service but when your car goes to the back its prayer time. Outstanding service adviser and maintenance service I have bought three Toyota Camrys from DickDyer Toyota since 1994 and have always had all three serviced at DickDyer Toyota. I have had many different service advisers since 1994, and have always had great service. I made an appointment and took my 2010 Toyota Camry to DickDyer Toyota for its 60,00 mile maintenance service on August 27. My service adviser was Steve Amick. This is the first time I had Steve as my service adviser. I was not only very satisfied with Steve's service, I was greatly impressed by his professional knowledge, attention to detail, and helpful advice and assistance. He made sure that I was aware of what services were needed and what they would cost. I needed a new sun visor on the driver's side and Steve had one ordered. It came in the next morning and I made an appointment with Steve to have it installed on August 29. Steve is definitely "on top of his game" and a standout as a service adviser. It was a real pleasure meeting him and having the benefit of his outstanding service from beginning to end. More

Lionel is amazing! He made my day! Lionel called me at 7:30 to let me know my car was ready.
