excellent, prompt service and great communication The person I spoke with at the service center was able to help me get answers about how to get my car to the dealership very quickly, made great recom The person I spoke with at the service center was able to help me get answers about how to get my car to the dealership very quickly, made great recommendations for services, etc. Since, I could not be at the dealership while they were taking care of my car, the gentlemen who performed the service on my vehicle updated me with pictures that I could use to look at as they explained on the phone exactly what was wrong with my car and what costs would be related. They also broke down a cost explanation for me, gave me a price range right off the bat, etc. My wheel was taken care of within just a couple hours of being brought in, despite the fact that it was brought in later in the afternoon and it appeared they were very busy. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous, and I left feeling like I knew exactly what had just been done to my car, why it was done, etc- which is never the case when I leave other car services since I know so little about cars. I felt that this process was excruciating painful and i don't believe we even got everything done by the time we left and we was there from 9am to about 2pm. More
