Professionalism across in your servive department I brought my 2007 Tundra in for a change of oil.in my differentials and transfer case I also had a recall in the brake system and a key made. Disappointed! I had to wait several hours for my car service. After 3 hours of waiting, I had to ask my service advisor about the status of my vehicle. After checki I had to wait several hours for my car service. After 3 hours of waiting, I had to ask my service advisor about the status of my vehicle. After checking with the service tech, my service advisor relayed that I needed additional work which would take more than 2 hours. I declined the additional service at that time because I had been kept waiting. After several minutes, the sevice advisor then brought my bill and I had to walk to get my car. I have been having vehicles serviced at Dick Dyer since 1998. I was highly disappointed with this service. More

I felt that this considerable amount of work was handled within a reasonable time frame and for a reasonable price (about $500). The service rep was friendly and reasonably clear about the issues the service team discovered with my vehicle. I would come again. More
