Great job on my 40,000 mile service. Steve Amick did a fine job for me yesterday. He came out promptly to my vehicle, logged me in and got details from me. He had someone take the vehicle back, and ushered me into the waiting room. I had added on to the regular maintenance the cleaning of the fuel injectors, and he added that as needed. The work was done in a timely fashion, and I was on my way in about one hour. Good job, Steve. More

No rental or loaner cars available for me Brought my 2016 Limited Edition Tacoma in for services because my brake lights stopped working and truck would not come out of park without using a sc Brought my 2016 Limited Edition Tacoma in for services because my brake lights stopped working and truck would not come out of park without using a screwdriver. After waiting several hours I was told that they found a few blown fuses and replaced them but they blew as soon as they put them in. Turns out it’s a wiring problem somewhere and they were running out of time to fix it that day. Told me I would have to leave it with them or reschedule for another day. That would mean driving it without brake lights and I live over an hour away so this wasn’t a good option at all. I asked about a loaner and was told they no longer do loaners but they have rentals which I would have to pay for. When the guy went to check on rentals there were none available. Now I had to get someone to come pick me up as well as figure out how to get to work until I get my vechicle back. Man buying a $40000 truck, you would think you wouldn’t have problems like this for a while. Anyway I just think that they should have an efficient number of cars available for costumers to use in situations like this and they should be free of charge. I will say that the staff is very nice and professional so there is no complaints about them. More

Comprehensive service I purchased my Scion xD from Dick Dyer 11 years ago and have been bringing it in every 5000 miles for service for a total of 26 times, and for recalls I purchased my Scion xD from Dick Dyer 11 years ago and have been bringing it in every 5000 miles for service for a total of 26 times, and for recalls & a few other needs. The service department has done good work for 25/26 times. For the one unacceptable time, they “made it right” with no charge for correcting the initial work. The service reps are friendly and knowledgeable, too. They come into the waiting area to keep the customers updated on the status of their vehicles. More
