Toyota Sienna I couldn’t get the side doors and back gate to work on my ‘11 Sienna van. I called the dealership, the girl was very accommodating. I pulled into th I couldn’t get the side doors and back gate to work on my ‘11 Sienna van. I called the dealership, the girl was very accommodating. I pulled into the dealership within 30 mins and at least three employees were there for me. The service advisor said that they’d get right on it. I left it with them and received a call within an hour. The problem was minor, a valet button had been turned on accidentally and caused the side and rear gate not to work. There was no charge. All employees were super nice and professional. More
