Seeking a Change My main response to this review is to commend my main and only Service Tech, Victor Torres. He is the only reason I come back to have my two vehicles My main response to this review is to commend my main and only Service Tech, Victor Torres. He is the only reason I come back to have my two vehicles service. Victor is an extraordinarily people's person and exhibits extreme patience and care. Now, my concern. I am a super senior citizen, which Chris Cagno knows and quite aware. Yes, he is quite aware of what I am about to request. Victor was once stationed at the first station desk. No, I wasn't to pleased but, did not complain. When I returned several months later, I was elated. His station was in the middle, near the entrance to the waiting room. To my demise, Victor was stationed in the last station last week. Needless to say, I am not a happy "Old Lady and Customer", especially since; I have purchased three new vehicles from you. So, I expect a change closer to booth five, a raise in salary for Victor and expect him to be recommended and become, Serviceman for 2018. Oh, I am not casting threats, however, I love to share my opinions to friends and churches throughout the area along with writing certify receipt letters to major cooperate executives when I have concerns. On a whim I pulled into Dick Dyer Toyota on Killian Road in Columbia, SC just to take a look at an Avalon. Immediately upon entering, Devante Frederick, Sales Consultant, offered to tell me the Toyota story and introduce me to both new and pre-owned vehicles. He was very patient and understanding and it was obvious that he had great intuition about how to best meet my particular wants and needs for a car. Exceptional service. More

Welcoming and Professional I have been coming to Dick Dyer every 5000 miles since March 2008 to have my Scion xD serviced. The staff is always professional and welcoming. Only once did I have a problem with my service and it was corrected the next day at no additional charge. I will continue using Dick Dyer as long as I have my car even though there are 2 Toyota dealerships closer to my home. More

Time it took for service As you know it is hard to find time to get your car serviced. I was in and out in 40 minutes on a Saturday. That's crazy fast and I was very pleased.
