Excellent customer service. Daniel provided excellent service. I did have to wait about 10 minutes before I was checked in for service even though I had an appointment. I was very upset to see that the popcorn machine was removed. That was a special incentive when visiting the dealership while waiting on service. Also the free bottled water was removed. A lot of people can't afford to purchase a drink from a machine. Is Toyota in that bad of shape to take away these things? More
